Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We are more than happy to refund or exchange any product that you are unhappy with, providing that you return the product in an unworn, undamaged containing all  original tags within 5 days of delivery date.

The customer is accountable for shipping the item back to our store and will need to pay the shipping fee for all Returns, Exchanges and Refunds.

Returns

Returning an item is a straighforward process. Once you have emailed us with the procedure as shown down below with subject as 'Refund', we will send you an address on where to send the item to.

Exchanges

If your order arrives and have recieved the wrong size/colour, we are happy to exchange it for you. Simply follow the procedure as shown down below with subject 'Exchange'. If there is a price difference between what you purchased orignally the exchange product, we'll either refund you the difference or send you an email to take the additional payment.

Refunds

If you would like to get a refund, these will be given at original order price and made to your original method of payment. Follow the procedure down below with subject 'Refund'. If the item is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued and should appear in the orginal method of payment within 5-10 business days depending on your card's policies.

 Procedure on Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  1. Your request as the subject (refund/exchange/refund)
  2. The Full name on the order
  3. Order number
  4. Email that the order was made with
  5. A photo of the produuct
